NPP Impulse LLC is a Russian manufacturer of high-temperature equipment for heat treatment and annealing of metals, pyrolysis of polymeric materials, deposition from the gas phase of various materials when creating composites. The main activities of the company are:
- development and production of high -temperature (maximum heating temperature to 2500 оС) vacuum furnaces (maximum vacuum depth of up to 0.005 Pa) for heat treatment and/or gas -phase deposition (CVD/CVI) of various constructive types: elevator (with lowered pod), shaft type of reactor (opening lid.), tubular (a quartz reactor or stainless steel);
- development and production of furnaces of pyrolysis and carbonization;
- manufacture of products/applying coatings by CVD/CVI from: boron pyrolytic nitride (BN); silicon carbide (SiC); carbide gafnia (HfC); zirconium carbide (ZrC);
- Scientific support and development of technologies for products/coatings by CVD/CVI.
